Women protest on bungling in issuing of CNG stickers.

A woman threw ink at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at a function at Chhatrasal stadium in New Delhi.
The AAP Government had organised the public event to give thanks to the people for their cooperation in making the odd-even scheme for cars a success.
The incident took place soon after Mr Kejriwal started his speech when a woman breached the security and threw ink and some papers at him.
The lady complained that she wanted to meet Transport Minister Gopal Rai to brief him about alleged bungling in issuing of CNG stickers. She was detained by Delhi Police.
