Recent Tow Tea's have included a FOIA WorkshopNew Beats and Covering Diverse Beats in Digital Media, and Reporting without the Internet: Using Mesh Networks and FireChat for Journalism  

On October 15th, the Tow Center co-hosted Race in the Age of Digital Media: A Lecture by Ta-Nehisi Coates with the Sevellon-Brown Fund. Following the lecture, Coates led a writing workshop for students and faculty of Columbia Journalism School.  Read more about students' experiences in the workshop here.
