Though there was 15 times
more Net Transfer of Central Taxes to West Bengal
there is marginal growth in Agriculture and Industry.
Services growth at Constant
Prices was Rs. 49K crores in four years but Agriculture + Industry Growth was
just Rs, 5K crores.
Services Growth Rate Was 10
Times than rest of WB economy.
West Bengal like Bihar needs Political and Structural changes in its
economy to ensure Balanced and Even Growth of State economy.
