NHRDN
Dear Friends & Fellow Professionals,
Attrition, in many ways, is a taboo word that many corporate shy away from. But it is always open to debate whether some attrition is in fact good for the organization. There have been numerous articles written and studies done on this engaging topic. Organizations deploy quite a few strategies to retain talent but there are always reasons out there which compel the talent to look out. Research shows that mostly it is the Boss who is the main cause of attrition but at times there are reasons, which we may think is trivial, but which turns out to be a make or break decision for the employee.
  • Why good talent leave organizations?
  • How to Arrest Attrition?
  • How to Retain Talent?
We will find out the answers of these questions through a real Case Study of an organization, which would be looking at the whole subject in a holistic manner.
In addition to the panel discussion we will be sharing findings from a Mini Survey on Attrition Management. So look forward to that!
If that was not all, we will have a Theatrical presentation on the theme by a young Creative Entertainment Enterprise.
Please join us for an exciting evening!
