An avalanche buried about 135 Pakistani Army soldiers

Pakistan army Major General Athar Abbas briefing  said , "At six o'clock this morning the avalanche hit a (military) headquarters. Over 100 soldiers and personnel are trapped," adding that rescue teams were headed to the scene. Siachen, is at about 18,000 feet,located northern tip of Kashmir. India and Pakistan army is stationed at this  territory for their respective claims.. An avalanche buried about 135 Pakistani Army soldiers including a colonel at Gayari sector near the Siachen Glacier, Geo News reported on Saturday.Media reports that the cost of maintaining the outposts is $200 million for Pakistan and $300 million for India.
