Indian-American Republican Governor of Louisiana, Bobby Jindal, has announced that he will not run for Presidency in 2012.
"I am not running for President of the United States. I've got the job I want," he said, while hosting the Southern Republican Leadership Conference which was attended by leaders like Sarah Palin.
Former Vice Presidential candidate Palin is among the many potential Republican contenders to challenge President Barack Obama in 2012.
"We (Republicans) may not be able to take away their (Democrats') arrogance, but in November, we can take away their power," Jindal said in New Orleans.
Louisiana Republican leaders say regardless of who comes out on top on 2012, New Orleans is already a big winner for hosting the conference.
