Aam Aadmi Party statement on Union FINANCE Minister’s suggestion to discourage Public Interest Litigations (PILs) :
Close on the heels of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s veiled suggestion to the country’s top judiciary to be tough on civil right activists and NGOs, FINANCE Minister Arun Jaitley has now expounded another anti-people idea to discourage activists seeking to bring to light the truth of government and corporate linkage through PILs.
The suggestion of the FINANCE Minister to make it mandatory for those filing PILs against the government on development projects to declare their source of funds is a move in sync with the Modi government’s continuous efforts to curb voices against the anti-people policies of the government.
While Modi sought to muzzle the right thinking voices in the country against the increasing radical tendencies by suggesting to the judiciary to be harsh on them, theFINANCE Minister through his suggestion has send in a feeler to all PIL activists to shun the path of seeking truth or else they are sure to be harassed with his department retaliating with full vengeance.
It should be noted that BJP under Modi came to power on the anti-corruption plank pioneered by the civil society activists and major scams like the coal scam, 2G spectrum scam and many other came to light and was pursued to bring the culprits to book through the PIL and many right thinking citizens contributed selflessly to expose the corrupt syndicate of the government and corporate.
It seems that the government under Modi foresees a similar fate like that of UPA and hence are making enough arrangements in advance to make themselves immune to legal action and punishments.
Apart from shunting voices against the government, the Modi-Jaitley duo through their suggestion also seek to protest the corrupt practices of the corporate. Any such move will fought to the end by the Aam Aadmi Party inside and outside the Parliament. The people of the country are aware of the sinister plan of the Modi government and will teach them a fitting lesson in the coming elections.

7000 Fold increase in Price of Land Acquisition to Retail – SC
April12, 2015 (C) Ravinder Singh ravinderinvent@gmail.com

Supreme Court in its judgment of July02, 2013 admitted to Price of Land Acquisition Notified in 22-03-2003 for Phase-II to be as low as Rs,1,75,000 per acre but HSIIDC retailed it for Rs.77,54,34,189 per acre on 11-09-2010 and earlier bulk purchase price on 30-06-2006 was Rs.68.61 Crores Per acre for Ex-P6.

SC didn’t consider Rs.68 crore deposited in Bank would have been worth Rs.90 crores and invested in stock Market would have been say Rs.200 crores.

This Is 7000 TIMES Notified Price – Farmers Were Illegally Denied Capitalization Of Their Wealth and Ancestral Property.

HSIIDC in 2008 allotted 600 acres of land to Maruti Udyog at Rs.19,00,000 / acre.

Such a situation arise when Firstly Farmers are not able to Hire ‘COMPETENT ADVOCATE’ and Secondly ‘Advocates They Engage Are Batting For Corporate.’

As Collector Notification of 22.7.2003 There Was Big DISCRIMINATION Within Village and Source of MEGA Corruption. Land value is Notified between Rs.1,75,000 to Rs.10,00,000 to DIVIDE farmers or Landowners.

How is that Farm Land Value Is Based On Productivity?

SC also didn’t Consider That Farmers Can Themselves Offer LandTo Industry orCut Plots For Commercial Purpose or Set Up Own Industry To ADD VALUE TO THEIR LAND HOLDINGS BUT NOT ALLOWED.

SC also didn’t Consider Maruti Udyog is Producing Cars for All Indians & For Exports – Why Should Few Villages Subsidize Maruti Udyog?

Why Can’t Indians SUBSIDIZE LAND FOR INDUSTRIES & SEZs?

Importantly Companies Acquire Land Many Times Their Requirement Funded By Public Bank Deposits – RIL 10X Land For Jamnagar Refinery.

Jitu Rai’s 10m Air Pistol Bronze Highlight of Competition Day Three at Changwon Shooting World Cup

  Edit
Jitu’s seventh consecutive Medal in World Shooting events since June, 2014
New Delhi, 12 April 2015: It looks impossible to halt the Jitu Rai juggernaut. Just when one felt that the diminutive Army Pistol ace’s Medal winning spree at World Shooting events would come to an end, he pulled out the proverbial ‘rabbit out of the hat’ in the Men’s 10m Air Pistol event at the ongoing Shooting World Cup (Rifle/Pistol) in Changwon, Korea to clinch the Bronze Medal. This is Jitu’s seventh continuous Medal in World Shooting events, a run which started way back in June, 2014. What makes this Medal even more special is the fact that Jitu disappointed yesterday in his pet 50m Pistol, finishing 21st, in an event where he is ranked 2nd in the world and one in which he had won India her first Olympic quota place at the World Championships in Granada last year, with a Silver winning performance.
At one stage it looked all lost, when Jitu overcame a sluggish start in the qualification round, where shooters have to shoot a total of 60 shots, to just about make it to the final round in 8th position with a score of 581. In the eight man final as well, Jitu started off very slowly, unable to score 10 or more with his shots with any form of regularity, before coming into his own midway through the finals to clinch the Bronze. Jitu’s Korean rival and world number one Jin Jongoh, was meanwhile shooting on a different planet and won Gold with a Finals World Record score of 206. Nuang Ye Tun of Malaysia won the Silver Medal in the event.
“We are delighted to see another Bronze coming our way through Jitu’s performance today. The phenomenon of Jitu Rai has surfaced again, adding to his rich haul of medals since last year. This only showcases the class that this young Army Marksman possesses and what strength he adds to the Indian contingent. I would also like to thank the Armed Forces for their continuous efforts towards providing top class shooters without fail,” said Mr. Raninder Singh, President, NRAI after Jitu’s win today.
In other news from India’s shooting contingent in Changwon, Jitu’s compatriots in the 10m Air Pistol, Prakash Nanjappa and Gurpreet Singh finished 18th and 48th respectively in the qualification round. Chain Singh did well to qualify for the eight man final in the Men’s 50m Rifle Prone event ahead of established stars like Gagan Narang and finished sixth in the finals. Chain had shot 623.4 to qualify for the finals in seventh position. In the Women’s 50m Rifle 3 Positions, Elizabeth Susan Koshy shot 580 in her elimination round to finish fourth, while Lajja Gauswami and Anjali Bhagwat in their respective elimination rounds finished fifth and eighth respectively with scores of 568 and 567.
