Peru plane crash
Nine people traveling small airplane were killed Wednesday, the workers for a Peruvian mining company, Marsa, in the crash
carrying mining company personnel in northwestern Peru, a regional
police chief told media .
Police authorities said,seven passengers and two crew members died in the accident, which was due to bad weather and their getting hung up in a high-tension cable, Colonel Roger Torres Mendoza, the police chief of La Libertad region.
The plane's wreckage was located in a ravine alongside a highway in the northwestern region.
