HOME ELECTRONICS SHOW 2012
Three-day long exhibition showcasing breakthrough innovations from biggest brands
22nd October 2012, New Delhi: Consumer Electronics and Appliances Manufacturers Association of India (CEAMA) today,
announced the inaugural edition of Home Electronics Show (HES)–
India’s biggest ever exhibition of consumer electronics, home
appliances, ICT, and Digital Lifestyle Products. This three-day, high
energy extravaganza will be held from 26th
to 28th October 2012 at Hall 14, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Home Electronic Show 2012 is being supported by Panasonic as its Presenting
Sponsor, powered by Samsung; and LG, Blackberry
and Haier as Associate Sponsors. As the biggest consumer technology
tradeshow in India, HES 2012 will showcase products from some of world’s
biggest manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology
hardware from key sectors including Audio, Appliances,
Computer Hardware, Connected Home, Digital Imaging, Electronic Gaming,
Emerging Technology, Lifestyle Electronics, Telecommunications and
Wireless Technologies.
Speaking on the occasion
Mr. Anirudh Dhoot, President CEAMA said, “We are launching this
international trade show which would offer an unprecedented opportunity
for the global consumer electronics industry to exhibit and explore one
of the most dynamic and fastest growing economies
in the world- India. HES 2012 will create a cost effective and unified

Speaking about the association,
Mr. Manish Sharma, MD, Consumer Product Division, Panasonic India

their best in products, technology and innovation. HES 2012 will give

crore turnover from consumer product division out
of the total target of Rs. 10,000 crore for Panasonic India. We have
done an investment of Rs. 400 crore for this division alone on
advertising, promotion and brand building initiatives.”
The
show will witness Panasonic products such as VIERA Smart TV with latest
smart apps, Home Theatre Systems with 3D gaming, Lumix digital cameras
and lenses for every photographer’s delight, Eco-friendly
Refrigerators, Microwave Ovens, recently introduced Blue water
purifiers, air purifiers, personal grooming and beauty products and the
Econavi inverter technology.
