The Hotel & Restaurant Equipment
Manufacturers’ Association of India (HOTREMAI) organized a knowledge sharing
programme for its member companies conducted by NSF-CMi, a US based Food
Service Equipment Assurance and Certification Company, on NSF certification for Food Service
Equipment at Plazio Hotel, Sector-29,
City Centre, Gurgaon on Thursday, 31st May, 2012. The programme
was presided over by Ms. Kelli Fall, CPM, NSF.
Highlighting the process of
certification Ms. Fall said “Certification is a vital service that propels your
product forward. NSF’s technical experts take the time to personally guide you
through each step of the certification process so that your products are
delivered to market on time, on target, and on budget. To ensure your product
receives the highest level of worldwide acceptance, NSF has forged steadfast
relationships with many renowned food administration organizations of various
countries.”
The programme was attended
by many HOTREMAI member companies manufacturing Food Service Equipment. It was knowledge-oriented and was well
received by the members. Among the
people present were Mr. Y.K. Mehta, General Secretary, HOTREMAI, Mr. P.A.
Prabhu, Vice-President (South), HOTREMAI and Mr. Swaran Marwha, Chairperson,
Exhibitions & Events, HOTREMAI.
The programme was followed
