Browning Cream es sinónimo de ritmo hipnótico, contagioso, de un sonido
que evoca a los grandes combos de órgano Hammond de los años gloriosos
de la discográfica Blue Note, personalizado y actualizado por el
carácter multicultural y nómada de los integrantes de este trío. El
proyecto, coordinado por el músico vasco Mikel Azpiroz (Parafünk, Fermin
Muguruza, los australianos The Waifs…) experto tocando todo tipo de
teclados, se centra en el formato básico de trío de órgano Hammond,
focalizando su esencia en el sentido más puro del groove: la rítmica
bailable. A ello contribuyen no sólo el exótico y virtuoso drumming del
baterista parisino Franck Mantegari (Alpha Blondy, Saint Germain,
Massive Attack…) sino también la cadencia melódica del guitarrista y
cantante norteamericano Matt Harding, que ha recibido alabanzas de
maestros como John Lee Hooker o Taj Mahal.

Browning Cream is synonymous of hypnotic and contagious rhythms, a
sound that evokes the great Hammond organ combos of the glory years of
the Blue Note label, customized and updated by the multicultural and
nomadic members of this trio. The project coordinated by the Basque
musician Mikel Azpiroz (Parafünk, Fermin Muguruza, Australians the Waifs
...) expert playing all kinds of keyboards, focuses on the basic format
of Hammond organ trio, focus its essence in the purest sense of the
groove: the rhythmic dance. Contributing to this, not only the exotic
and virtuous drumming of the Parisian drummer Franck Mantegari (Alpha
Blondy, Saint Germain, Massive Attack ...) but also the melodic cadence
of the American guitarist and singer Matt Harding, who has received
praises from teachers such as John Lee Hooker or Taj Mahal.
